Adecco is in search of full-time Pipefitters to join a reputable client in Halifax, NS. This project provides opportunities for LOA and travel allowances. To qualify for these positions, candidates must have completed a steel fabrication program and have prior experience in a similar role. If you meet these requirements, we encourage you to proceed.

- **Shifts & Pay Rate:**
- Day Shift: $43.00 per hour (7am - 3:30pm)
- Night Shift: $3.00 per hour shift premium (12am - 7:30pm)
- Back Shift: $3.00 per hour shift premium (5pm - 1am)

- **Location:** Halifax, NS
- **Job type:** Full-time | Long-Term Contract
- **Additional Overtime offered**
- **LOA (Living out allowance):** $135/day worked
- **Travel:** $220 weekly if 80 km away from location
- **One-time Travel Pay:** $600

**Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Read and interpret shop drawings including welding symbols
- Cut, weld and fit stainless and aluminum pipe
- Install valves and metering equipment
- Operate band saws, water saws, drills, grinders, impact guns, etc.
- Perform custom piping layout with and without drawings

**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Eligible to work in Canada and resided in Canada for 5 years
- Graduate of a steel fabrication program
- Ability to pass a pre-employment Government Security Clearance/Background and Credit check
- Full PPE and Fit-Tested Respirator Mask required
- Ability to handle, lift, carry, and set up parts and equipment weighing up to 50lbs or more
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in inclement weather
- Willingness to support extended hours and overtime as needed
- Daily commute to work required
