Campground Attendant_

This is a great seasonal position for a student or anyone who likes working outdoors, is physically active and enjoys a variety of maintenance tasks.

Our Agassiz resort is a small campground where everyone works as a team to ensure great service to our guests.

Must be able to reliably commute to the site on a daily basis, be available from June-September and work regular day shifts including weekends.

  • Provide safe, clean, and secure property during shift periods.
  • Clean and maintain camp sites in preparation for new guests.
  • Delivering supplies to sites as requested.
Monitor pool during shift times and close at the end of the day.

  • Assist site Manager with a variety of maintenance issues including
emergency/temporary repairs to facilities/company assets as required.

  • Assist with a variety of Resort programing as required.
  • Pick up loose garbage/debris, recycling, dog waste, empty and replace containers.
  • Ensure all pathways are clear and clean and free of debris.
  • Maintain good communication with supervisor to ensure arising issues including, guest
requests and concerns are managed effectively.

  • Assisting guests with any provided service problems
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements/Skills:

  • Previous campground or hospitality industry experience, a definite asset.
  • A hospitable nature, outgoing and friendly with good communication and customer
service skills.

  • Ability to monitor the environment and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Problem solving and decisionmakings sills.
  • Physically able to work on your feet during extended periods of time and work
outdoors in all weather.

  • Friendly and outgoing with the ability to remain calm at all times.
  • Available to work weekends, and holidays.
  • Criminal Record Check.

Job Types:
Full-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 3 months

Pay:
$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
