C'est ce que vous trouverez chez Beneva, issue du regroupement entre La Capitale et SSQ Assurance.Relevant de la directrice en conformité réglementaire, comme avocat(-e) en conformité, vous assumerez vos fonctions pour l'ensemble des composantes de Beneva. En tant que véritable partenaire d'affaire, vous exercerez un rôle-conseil et d'accompagnement, vous émettrez des avis, des recommandations, proposerez des solutions, etc.Vous relèverez notamment les défis professionnels suivants :- Collaborer et conseiller sur des projets ou initiatives pouvant exercer un impact sur la conformité des activités de l'organisation afin d'identifier et d'évaluer, de façon proactive, les enjeux potentiels et de recommander des solutions pertinentes.
- Soutenir et conseiller les différents intervenants dans l'implantation de processus, de procédures, de programmes de sensibilisation et de formation visant à rendre les opérations conformes à la réglementation applicable ainsi qu'aux politiques et directives internes adoptées.
- Concevoir les processus nécessaires à la mise en place d'un cadre de gestion de la conformité adapté aux exigences réglementaires et aux activités de Beneva.
- Évaluer l'efficacité et la suffisance des mesures de contrôle mises en place pour prévenir et identifier les risques et les cas potentiels de non-conformité et assurer le suivi des plans d'action.
- Participer à la surveillance de l'environnement réglementaire de manière à évaluer et à prévenir l'impact de tout changement réglementaire sur les activités de l'organisation.
- Représenter l'organisation en participant à divers comités internes et externes en lien avec la fonction de surveillance de la conformité.
- Préparer, animer des formations, effectuer des recherches juridiques et rédiger des opinions de conformité sur divers sujets, notamment en matière d'assurance, de distribution de produits et services financiers, de protection des renseignements personnels, de saines pratiques commerciales, etc.- Vos talents et qualifications:
- Membre du Barreau du Québec.
- Baccalauréat en Common Law : un atout.
- Détenir de l'expérience pertinente en conformité réglementaire et plus particulièrement une bonne connaissance des enjeux réglementaires dans le secteur de l'assurance et des services financiers, notamment en matière de protection des renseignements personnels, un atout.
- Démontrer une bonne capacité à analyser des situations ou des informations complexes et de synthétiser les données afin de cerner et de communiquer les points saillants.
- Démontrer de bonnes aptitudes en gestion de projet et une bonne capacité à concilier des attentes et des exigences divergentes afin de trouver des solutions à valeur ajoutée pour nos partenaires.
