Our IDEA Global Internship Program
Our IDEA Global Internship Program is a full-time paid internship for approximately 12 weeks starting in or around June 2023.
Interns will receive support, coaching and mentorship, gain practical work experience, and develop new skills to expand their career possibilities.
Through the course of the program, we've designed a variety of exciting, fun and thoughtful sessions and experiences. There will also be opportunities to connect, collaborate and build relationships with interns across the globe.All interns follow two tracks of learning:
the in-depth learning and skillset relevant to their role and the broad breadth knowledge of our business operations.
Our IDEA Global Internship Program curates a journey for each intern to discover where their passions lie and helps them lay out their career path.

The Indirect Tax team is responsible for sales tax collected and paid throughout lululemon's global operations.
Reporting to Director, Global Indirect Tax, the Junior Analyst will have the primary responsibility to perform quality assurance and testing prior to system and project launches, support on key business system initiatives, and work collaboratively with the Financial Systems and IT teams.
A day in the life:
All of our interns play an important role in our business and are key members of the team.
Some of the tasks, roles and responsibilities include:
- Supporting current strategies and portfolios of work
- Working with crossfunctional partners to gain alignment on strategic projects
- Supporting in the daytoday management of building out solutions for key projects and/or programs
- Participating in several meetings and conversations pertaining to key areas of your work.

- Responsible, dependable, and mature, with sound judgment.

Must haves:
- Education in accounting, with experience and/or interest in tax is an asset.
- Pursuing a professional accounting designation is an asset.
- Analytical competence with keen interest in problem solving.
- Dedicated to development both professionally and personally.
- Comfortable working with database and/or spreadsheets.
- Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.
- Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results. Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.
- Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.
