We are hiring multiple Leasing and Resident Experience Coordinator across different locations including:
~ The Leasing and Resident Experience Coordinator will report to the Property Manager with duties aligned to the office support team, including marketing, operations, and property administration. The incumbent will collaborate on leasing and retention programs, resident communication and customer service, reporting, rent collection and administration. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for real estate, marketing, leasing, and hospitality.

Establish a comprehensive knowledge of the residential communities, including the availability of suite types and layouts, common areas and amenities of the building and value-added services provided.

Conduct regular market surveys, analyzing competition and identifying market trends for the purpose of providing input and recommendations on pricing and strategy.

Liaise with the Property Administrator to ensure timely and accurate completion of all leasing documentation, including application forms, Tenancy Agreements, renewal agreements and other supporting documentation.

Respond to resident phone calls, emails, and direct contact in a timely and professional manner, and forward any urgent matters to management immediately.

Adhere to company and industry standards and policies.
Monitor the progress of work being done in vacant units, and ensure management is aware of any delay.
Experience in Property Management or Leasing space preferred.
~ Experience with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) is an asset.
~ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
~ Ability to accept responsibility and account for their actions.
~ Flexibility to work some weekend hours based on business needs.
~ Willing to travel as required, with access to a reliable vehicle is an asset.
