Testing Technician - Antec Controls (Summer Term - Student)
***- Develop and maintain product testing plans.

  • Perform and document testing both benchtop and in mockup rooms.
  • Design and implement test strategy to improve efficiency in testing.
  • Improve our existing test automation frameworks and infrastructure.
  • Perform exploratory testing and assist in the writing of automated tests.
  • Enrolled in postsecondary education for Software Development, Mechanical, Computer or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills, with an eye for detail.
  • A high level of critical thinking and accountability.
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment to meet timelinedependent deliverables.
  • Selfmotivation and demonstrates the ability to take initiative.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python is considered an asset.
  • Experience with testing and using test equipment considered an asset.
  • Experience with hand tools and wiring considered an asset.
