Overview:

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by filling cracks and holes
Smooth out imperfections and ensure surfaces are ready for painting
Sand surfaces after drying
Inspect finished surfaces for imperfections and make necessary corrections
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored
Collaborate with coworkers to ensure a cohesive and highend result

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mud & Taper or similar role
Knowledge of construction painting techniques
Familiarity with caulking and drywall installation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong attention to detail and precision
Proficient in using drywall tools, including saws, drills, screw guns, and taping knives
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirement
Effective time management and organizational abilities to meet project deadlines.
Physical endurance and strength to perform manual tasks for extended periods of time
Ability to work in a team and take instructions from Supervisors
Flexibility to take on new tasks and to learn new skills
