Lead pastor

We are seeking a full-time pastor as God's appointed shepherd for CCC with the following qualities:

• Have an active and intimate relationship with our Lord Jesus
• A deep and consistent prayer life
• Personal growth evidenced by the fruit of the Spirit in actions and character
• A posture of Christ-like humility
• An attitude of teamwork with patient leadership
• Enjoys journeying authentically with people in their relationship with God

CCC is a true community church, ministering to multi-generational families from diverse backgrounds. As a church with many young families, the Sunday school and youth ministry programs are a priority. Additionally, many of our adults attend mid-week Bible studies. Our mission's commitment currently includes supporting local, national, and international Gospel efforts.

• Relational outreach as seen in our Bread Plus Ministry, Lakeview Seniors Housing ministry, and past involvement in community carnivals, kid's clubs and special events.

Clairmont is located in the County of Grande Prairie.

It is a vibrant and growing small town located just 10 minutes north of the City of Grande Prairie, AB, with Grande Prairie being one of the youngest and fastest growing cities in Canada.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of pastoral experience in addition to Bible college or seminary
training, but a combination of education and experience will prayerfully be considered for the right person.
Compensation package will also include a health benefits plan.
