Ce poste relève du superviseur de l'équipe de gestion de projet adjointe et travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de projet et les équipes de chantier.

**Ce poste est un poste de bureau et relève de notre siège social situé à Orléans, en Ontario.**

Cette personne joue un rôle crucial dans nos projets de construction et est la principale personne-ressource au bureau pour nos contremaîtres de chantier et tous les intervenants du projet.

**LES RESPONSABILITÉS** du poste sont (mais non limitées) les suivantes:

- Créer des bons de commande pour les demandes/crédits de matériel quotidiens pour les sites de projets.
- Envoyer les commandes aux fournisseurs
- Soutenir le département des achats en libérant les équipements/équipements dans le logiciel de comptabilité.
- Assurer la liaison avec les chefs de projet, les entrepreneurs, les sous-traitants, les fournisseurs et tout autre personnel concerné.
- Suivre les dessins d'atelier avec les entrepreneurs généraux/ingénieurs.
- Travailler dans Plan Grid pour s'assurer que tous les projets sont à jour en ce qui concerne les dessins, les spécifications et les addenda.
- Créer des journaux dans Smartsheet pour partager les mesures et les informations avec l'entreprise et les fournisseurs.
- Apporter un soutien à la réception et au répartiteur de services selon les besoins (pauses quotidiennes, vacances, etc.).
- Projets ad hoc

**COMPÉTENCES REQUISES**
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, en français et en anglais
- 1 an d'expérience pertinente
- Compétence dans la création de feuilles de calcul interactives pour les rapports et le suivi de projets.
- Doit être ouvert à la création de nouvelles feuilles de suivi de projet
- Doit être bien organisé et posséder de solides compétences multitâches.
- Doit avoir un esprit d'équipe positif
- Doit avoir la volonté d'apprendre
- Doit être ouvert aux nouvelles idées

This position reports to the Supervisor of the Assistant Project Management team and will work closely with their Project Managers and site teams.

**This position is an office position and report to our Head Office located in Orleans, ON.**

This individual plays a crucial part in our construction projects, and are the main office contact for our Site Foremen and all project stakeholders.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES are but not limited to**:

- Create PO's for daily material requests/credits for project sites
- Send orders to Suppliers
- Support Purchasing department by releasing equipment/fixtures in accounting software
- Liaise with Project Managers, Contractors, Sub-Contractors Vendors, Suppliers, and other applicable staff
- Track Shop Drawings with General Contractors/Engineers
- Work in Plan Grid to ensure all projects are up to date with drawings, specs, and addendums
- Create logs in Smartsheet to share metrics and information with company and Suppliers
- Back up support to Front Desk and Service Dispatcher as required (breaks daily and vacations etc)
- Ad-hoc projects

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Bilingualism is mandatory (French and English) both written and verbal
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in creating interactive spreadsheets for project reporting/logging
- Must be open to creating new Project tracking sheets
- Must be well organized and strong multi-tasking
