Responsibilities:

  • Ensure tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, and after they leave
  • Support wait staff by setting tables, refilling drinks, and providing necessary service
  • Aid the wait staff and kitchen staff by clearing tables quickly and efficiently
  • Adhere to the cleaning procedures and safety policies of the restaurant
  • Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Work closely with the restaurant staff to ensure a smooth operation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Busser or in a similar role is advantageous
  • Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment (tables, chairs) and prolonged standing
  • Strong teamwork skills, with a customerfocused approach
