Full-Time Main Receptionist Switchboard Operator / Sales Greeter.

Position Overview:


As the primary point of contact for our dealership, you will serve as the Main Receptionist, managing the switchboard operations and welcoming customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.

This role is integral to creating a positive first impression and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Switchboard Operation - Efficiently handle incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and provide general information.
  • Customer Reception - Greet customers warmly, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Break and Lunch Management - Adhere to the provided break and lunch schedule while maintaining coverage at the reception area.
  • Customer Assistance - Provide basic information on vehicle models, promotions, and dealership services to assist customers effectively.
  • Administrative Support - Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining an organized reception area.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interactions.
  • Professional Presentation - Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, upholding the dealership's high standards.
  • Customer-Centric Approach - A commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Multitasking Abilities - Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry is advantageous.
