The Opportunity


We are looking for an accomplished ServiceNow Junior Administrator to join our ServiceNow support/development team of our financial services business in Montreal.

As part of our Montreal team you will:

  • Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes
  • Working closely with IT and business partners to configure and improve core platform capabilities
The ServiceNow Junior Administrator will be responsible for the day to day health of ServiceNow taking on administrator level BAU/adhoc requests for this system, assist in projects/growing requirements of the system across all modules and assist in the adoption of ServiceNow processes with the business

What You Bring

  • Experience in IT Support or Infrastructure required
  • 1 2 years of experience with ServiceNow is a strong asset
  • ITIL Foundation or higher is preferable
  • General system support experience
  • Ability to create strong business relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst demonstrating a positive approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening) including an excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to manage data and create reports / dashboards.
