Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support development of RNA lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations, manufacturing processes at small and medium scales, and analytical methods for drug substance and drug product.
- Conduct invitro transcription (IVT) to generate RNA, carry out downstream process and RNA QC analysis.
- Assist in the daytoday management of the lab and perform other duties as assigned
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.
- Working knowledge of microscopy, flow cytometry, ELISA, and Western blotting; experience in qPCR assays, invitro transcription, downstream purification of nucleic acids, and analytics
