Alteo is looking for a Senior SRE for a permanent position based in Montreal.

Your main role will be to ensure the smooth running and optimization of operations (electronic banking industry), by recommending the implementation of methodological and technical solutions, while ensuring compliance with processes and regulations.

Responsibilities:Define procedures to ensure service performanceStudy and analyze needs in terms of electronic payment operating platformsAnalyze operating constraintsEnsure the industrialization of production and implementation of the business resumption planDefine and implement proceduresEnsure the drafting of qualification and patch testing proceduresProvide customer support to meet availability and reliability commitmentsHandle and process requests and incidentsDefine production release requirementsManage relations between customers and service providersProduce activity reportsDraw up maintenance action plansEnsure the definition of service tasks: alarms, scheduling, backups and plan processing (Batch)Contribute to committees with internal teams and/or customers (e.g. steering committee, production committee...)Provide user support to ensure that reported anomalies are dealt withProvide technical support to users (levels 2 and 3)Ensure timely response to operating incidents (e.g. analysis, diagnosis and resolution)Anticipate user needs and system upgradesGuarantee technical documentationEnsure the ongoing effectiveness of security systemsMonitor operating incidents, analyzing causes and taking corrective action.Contribute to the development of colleagues' skills with the aim of improving collective performanceProvide guidance, support and back-up to team members

Alteo est à la recherche d'un SRE Senior pour un poste permanent basé à Montréal.

Votre rôle principal sera d'assurer le bon fonctionnement et l'optimisation des opérations (industrie de la monétique), en préconisant la mise en œuvre de solutions méthodologiques et techniques, tout en veillant au respect des processus et réglementations.
