Lycopodium is currently recruiting for an Earthworks Supervisor to join our growing EPCM Projects team in Senegal on a 8/2 roster for an exciting gold project.
The Supervisor - Earthworks is responsible for managing and directing construction initiatives in designated disciplines, ensuring compliance with company, customer, regulatory and contractual requirements.
The tasks you'll perform
- Lead the daily work procedures, practices and plans of the Earthworks construction team to ensure deliverables are achieved with a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure that all relationships with the customer, suppliers and other external stakeholders are professional and in accordance with company ethics.
- Provide specialist advice in designated areas of expertise.
- Work collaboratively with personnel across all business units.
The expertise you'll bring
- Technical certificate / higher education qualification, diploma or diploma in construction management (desirable) or equivalent experience in the industry.
- Demonstrate an ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues across all business units.
- Ability to work with people at all levels within an organisation and with external providers.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise with a high level of precision and professionalism.
- Strong technical skills, analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision while consistently producing highquality deliverables.
