Work Perk:

Who are we looking for?

  • Intertek Catalyst is looking for a Project Manager with 47 years' experience to guide programs and
- projects through the creative process from initial request to delivery with scope, resources,
- deadlines, and budgets top of mind

  • We are looking for a responsible, wellorganized, and proactive individual to work collaboratively
- with a team of Account Managers, Writers, Programmers, Designers, SMEs, and Vendors

  • What will you do?
  • The primary responsibility of our new team member will be coordinating and leading the program
- team to create a highly engaging digital training course that will reach 300K+ users each month in
- multiple languages
- plans in MS Project, along with managing all facets of a large program, including scope, schedule,
- budget, quality, resources, communication, risk, procurement, and stakeholders

  • As a senior team member, you will work closely with all Intertek Catalyst Project Managers to
- coordinate/share resources, solve challenges, and provide general support

What will you do?

  • You will also be responsible for:
  • Maintaining $1-2M budgets and regularly reviewing project health reports
  • Seeking appropriate signoff from project sponsors and stakeholders
  • Attend prospective customer meetings with our business development team to help define scope and cost the solution
  • Lead and contribute content to proposals
  • Attend client sponsor and stakeholder project meetings
  • Develop and deliver weekly client project status reports
  • Contribute to the improvement of project management best practices
  • Complete project lessons learned
  • What technical skills must you have?
  • You have excellent communication skills to provide pertinent and precise information to the appropriate groups (including Client, Delivery, and Operations) while working remotely
  • You are experienced in using MS Project or other formal project management software
  • You are comfortable and experienced in an AGILE project management environment
  • You have advanced knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies
  • You are knowledgeable about working with crossfunctional teams
  • You are skilled at identifying problems and making recommendations for resolution

  • Experience managing complex systems, integration projects and/or software implementations
  • Experience with working with translations and designing for multiple languages
  • Experience with photo/video shoots, hiring models, and coordinating travel
  • Experience with marketing, trade shows, or conferences
  • Experience working as a graphic designer or copywriter
  • Experience with business process design/workflow or change management
  • Familiarity with DevOps/IT operations and processes

What education should you possess?

  • Bachelor's Degree or combination of College Diploma and experience
  • Preferred PMP or AGILE certification(s)
