DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:_

As a member of the Window & Door Store Leadership Team, Marketing Manager is responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the business' image and position within the marketplace.


  • Design, implement, and facilitate the annual marketing plan,
  • Identifying the challenges in each year and develop a plan with tactics to address the concerns.
  • Plan and administer the business' annual marketing budget.
  • Marketing and Public Relations implementation, including community involvement, and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with leadership and brand teams on assets to maximize sponsorship and partnership opportunities. Communicate the brand value proposition and key messages.
  • Facilitate and coordinate all media relations and press releases. Ensure regular contact with advertising media and appropriate response to media requests.
  • Travel is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing and PR, 2 years management experience
  • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills, including the ability to lead, guide and achieve goals
  • Ability to use analytical data to create a resultsdriven approach
  • Valid G Licence
