Your future duties and responsibilities:
The member will be responsible for full inventory and asset management, along with assistance in project administration, and support.
Responsibilities include:
• Inventory management, including shipping and receiving
• Asset management, to keep an accurate inventory of devices deployed in the Client environment
• Maintaining Inventory Management and ITSM ticketing systems with up-to-date information as devices are deployed and removed
• Retrieving and releasing devices to support members and the client, as needed
• Testing returned equipment for proper functionality
• Returning working devices to inventory, disposing of defective devices, and managing warranty repairs, while updating the Inventory Management System accordingly
• Assisting in the coordination of new projects, including new builds, retrofits, conversions and evergreens
• Assisting in technical projects and support including imaging and configuring devices, evergreens, upgrades, etc.
• Assisting in the installation, diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and upgrading of PC equipment and peripherals.
• Assisting in troubleshooting issues in a timely and accurate manner.
• Providing end-user assistance where required
• Assisting in the delivery of devices to Client locations should the need arise
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of networking principles
• Ticketing system (ServiceNow / ITSP / ITSM is an asset)
• Experience with Asset Management tools
• Project Management or Project Administration experience
