We're looking for an exceptional individual with a strong understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform that's looking to take the next step in the Salesforce career, take on a leadership role and help establish lasting relationships with enterprise level clients across North America.

You'll be responsible for helping our clients understand their digital marketing needs, provide strategic recommendations on integrating SFMC to their environment, and leveraging it to the fullest.

You have an excellent understanding of the SFMC platform and experience implementing enterprise marketing solutions across a wide variety of industries; you also posses a strong desire to own the growth of an SFMC consulting practice, both the client relationships and the development of the SFMC consultants reporting to you.


What You'll Do:

  • You will own a growth target for the practice and work closely with sales and client services team to develop a pipeline of opportunities and accelerate deals.
  • Collaborate on client projects with team members and stakeholders to plan, design, and implement SFMC projects
  • Train and develop both Junior and Senior SFMC consultants
  • Help clients understand their data and data flow, and to better leverage it for their marketing campaign needs
  • Identify marketing technology gaps and interact with technical and nontechnical teams to recommend creative solutions based on new use cases and changes in requirements
  • Drive discovery discussions to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and present solutions with supportive documentation
  • Help improve Munvo processes for delivering SFMC services to enterprise clients

Requirements:

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • One or more SFMC certifications
  • 3+ years of experience working with SFMC and other marketing technologies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Technology, Computer Science, or other related degree
  • Selfmotivated learner who is adept at creative problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate meetings and explain complex concepts along with a thorough understanding of what drives business priorities, strategy, and direction
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Experience in consulting and/or being clientfacing
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, and scripting
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams of SFMC experts
