Fuel Transport is expanding rapidly and looking for a Warehouse Administrative Clerk for our office located at 7111 Rue Cordner, Lasalle, QC.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 15:00 pm to 23:30 pm. The person selected will be responsible for all administrative tasks related to the warehouse action.

Detailed Job Description:

  • Manage the loads arrival and create the receipt in the WMS.
  • Transfer the receipt to correct stage in the WMS.
  • Enter and create labels provided by the clients.
  • Ensure to update the inbound and outbound calendars when drivers arrive (Outlook).
  • Responsible to let drivers in and out, and record when they pick up the loaded trailers in the yard (with the help of security guards or forklift drivers).
  • Record the outbound shipment when they pick up in the WMS.
  • Maintain and update all the information in the system.
  • Update the workload schedules of clients when orders are completed (manual process) on a bulletin board.
  • Prioritize work orders to the forklift operators based of the workload.
  • Plan schedules of the clients (pick up times based on the outbound calendar).
  • Archive all physical documents and soft copies (scanned copies) on the share drive.

Skills and Requirements:

  • High school level with at least 12 years relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word (intermediate level).
  • Reliable, mature, autonomous and resourceful
  • Ability to prioritize many different requests and handle changing priorities; able to work dependently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and/or logistics industry, transportation management software such as TMW (Truckmate) an asset.
