D.E.P. en électromécanique. Toute autre combinaison équivalente aux qualifications requises sera considérée.

**Compétences**:

- Interpréter des plans mécaniques complexes, des schémas électroniques et hydrauliques, et analyser le fonctionnement du circuit (à partir de dessins de détail, d'illustrations présentant un mode d'assemblage et de consignes de travail (aéronautique)).
- Assembler, réparer ou modifier un système mécanique, électromécanique et hydraulique à partir des dessins et des procédures de travail, des outils, des instruments de mesure et des matières premières appropriés.
- Effectuer des opérations d'usinage manuel au banc ou sur des machines-outils conventionnelles telles que mesurer, riveter, scier, percer, limer, rectifier, fileter, tarauder, extraire des vis, des boulons et des tarauds, utiliser une plieuse à tuyau.
- Calculer les épaisseurs de cales requises permettant d'assembler de façon à rencontrer les tolérances géométriques (concentricité - parallélisme - coaxialité, etc) des dessins.
- Mesurer et contrôler à l'aide d'instruments de précision des pièces de formes diverses (micromètre, vernier, microscope, appareils de mesure électronique).
- Connaître les normes de précision.
- Connaître les règles de santé et de sécurité au travail, notamment le SIMDUT.

**Job Profile**:
**Skills**:

- Interpret mechanical assembly plans, circuit and hydraulic diagrams, and assess the operation of the circuit (using detail drawings, illustrations showing an assembly method and work procedures (aeronautics)).
- Assemble mechanical, electromechanical and hydraulic systems based on instructions, assembly drawings, system subassemblies, components and appropriate raw materials.
- Perform manual bench machining operations or on conventional machine tools (e.g. measure, rivet, saw, drill, file, rectify, thread, remove screws, bolts and threads, use a pipe-bending machine and rotate wire bobbins (AIMS)).
- Calculate the thickness of shims required to meet the geometric tolerances (runout, parallelism, coaxially) of the drawings.
- Use precision instruments to measure and control parts of various shapes (e.g. micrometer, vernier scale, microscope and electronic measuring devices).
- Be familiar with precision standards.
- Be familiar with occupational health and safety standards, especially WHMIS.

**Practical Experience**:
A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
