About the Opportunity

  • Act as an internal subject matter expert as it relates to indirect procurement prioritizing optimization of spend, strategic negotiations and vendor relationship development.
  • Strong practical experience in establishing/improving Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and enablement into ERP or eProcurement tools (Workday, ServiceNow, ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, fieldglass etc...).
  • Good understanding of P2P process fundamentals including spend analysis, order intake, contract drafting, spend channel development, PR/PO compliance, invoice automation and operationalization of end-to-end services.
  • Experience optimizing P2P data with ability to scrub and cleanse large datasets in excel (data hierarchies, pivot tables, Vlookups, prototype dashboards).
  • Familiarity creating knowledge databases (process mapping, written instructions, videos) and deliver training to end users.
  • Manage a portfolio of new/existing vendors including qualification, risk assessment, relationship management, KPIs and negotiation of commercial terms and conditions.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, comfortable listening, interacting and supporting a large number of business partners.
About You
  • 3 years experience in procurement and vendor management
  • Consulting or BPM, background with one implementation of procurement tools.
  • Familiarity with indirect procurement categories (IT, professional services, communications, marketing, travel, facilities management)

$50/hour
