Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate staff.
- Possess entrepreneurial skills with a passion to build the business.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy and ensuring that staff pharmacists are properly supported.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in pharmacy industry.
- Provide professional and clinical functions related to dispensing and patient care.
- Establish effective communication, scheduling, and direction with pharmacy staff.
- Facilitate team meetings to communicate policy and procedures.
- Conduct performance assessments and provide training for professional growth.
- Manage recruitment and selection process.
- Identify and solve staffing, dispensing, delivery, and reimbursement issues.
- Collaborate with the Front Store team to identify patient care opportunities.
- Oversee all aspects of operations and seek ways to improve processes.
- Manage P&L statements and attain target metrics.

Job Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacy.
- Injection certification is required.
- Above Average verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-directed and able to work independently.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
