Kasa Kana is a licensed cannabis retailer in Huntsville, and we are looking to grow our team We are a family run business whose passions are cannabis and people.

Our mission is to offer consumers an elevated experience while breaking stigmas and normalizing cannabis. We're focused on providing high-quality products while leading with education. We want customers to feel informed, empowered, and excited about cannabis.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Preemployment Criminal Record Check
• CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate
• 2 year plus in either sales, customer service, retail or hospitality
• Ability to diplomatically and professionally interact with customers at all times
• Meet the physical demands of a retail environment including transporting up to 11 kg
• Desire and willingness to learn about cannabis

Responsibilities on the Job:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and educate them on responsible cannabis use
• Provide information based on ongoing learning through Licensed Producers, and Accessory brands
• Convert customer needs into sales in realtime using tablets for order processing
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of display cases
• Working with team members to fulfill orders and cash out customers
• Comprehend, apply, follow and enforce guidelines as required by industry regulations
