About the Role:


The Sales Assistant provides essential support to the on-site sales team, helping them achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

They engage with customers, optimize sales strategies and promotions, and create a welcoming and organized sales environment. If you have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, we invite you to consider joining us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain the sales center reception area for a positive visitor experience.
  • Refer clients to consultants based on housing availability knowledge.
  • Greet and register all guests promptly upon arrival.
  • Handle telephone calls professionally and distribute messages efficiently.
  • Maintain daily traffic reports and site plan dot maps.
  • Manage the CRM (Lasso) prospect database and Newstar for accurate prospect/client information.
  • Prepare accurate Purchase and Sale Agreements for Consultants.
  • Create and maintain complete purchaser files, ensuring accuracy.
  • Track and process buyer deposits.
  • Ensure completeness of purchase packages and necessary addendums.
  • Assist Consultants and Managers in planning and coordinating sales events.
  • Participate in team meetings as needed.
  • General Office Management:
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Coordinate marketing materials with Marketing and Product Manager.
  • Perform general sales center cleanup and maintenance.
  • Ensure office equipment (fax, copier) is regularly maintained and serviced.

About You:

  • Fundamental knowledge of the real estate sales processes
  • Bilingual skills are desirable (French/English)
  • Friendly, engaging, and positive personality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational, filing, office and phone skills
  • MS Office suite skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in Newstar and Lasso CRM would be considered an asset
  • Suitable professional business attire at all times
