What You'll Do

Develop break through brand strategies and positioning, write creative briefs, guide development and presentation of the creative workDesign and implement research projects to address client business issues, gain insight into target audiences and test ad conceptsConduct competitor analysesAnalyze brand behaviors and industry trendsTake ownership of developing client deliverables and presentations with a strong visual aesthetic and strategic rigorTake an active role in communicating with clientsHelp with business development

What You'll Need

2-3 years of experience in at least one aspect of strategic planning or related fieldAbility to draw critical human and cultural insights from data and observationAbility to translate strategy and strategic thinking to creative marketing actionsPassion for advertising and being part of a team to make word class work and experiencesFamiliarity with most forms of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and working knowledge of when and how to apply them to a given client challengeAbility to work directly with clients and develop relationships accordingly on behalf of the agencyDemonstrated talent for abstract thinking, spotting trends and patterns, an innate curiosity and insight into human behavior, an instinct for popular culture, and a nuanced understanding of creative work are criticalAbility to work across different groups and disciplines is key to their success, as is their judgment in pushing the work, elevating the ambition of a brand, and leading the client's thinking about the potential of their businessStrong business acumen and critical thinking skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to take initiative and to work independently and within a team Resourceful problem-solving skills A quick learner with a strong sense of curiosityExcellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task, especially in high pressure situations Strong work ethic with superior attention to detail
