This is a full-time position with a well-established multi doctor practice located in Tillsonburg, Ontario.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their pets.
• Record and maintain accurate and detailed client records.
• Answer phones professionally to book appointments.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming waiting area.
• Knowledge of Cornerstone is a plus

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of animal behavior and basic medical terminology.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software. (Slack and PetDesk is a plus)
• Willingness to work alternating weekends

Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:00 am 5:00 pm
• Tuesday: 8:00 am 7:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am 1:00 pm

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
