Job Description Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform Quality Control tests and assays according to approved procedures, including data analysis, report preparation, and troubleshooting issues
  • Lead and manage Quality Management System (QMS) activities with mínimal guidance
  • Develop testing procedures, including writing SOPs, working documents, and templates
  • Design and perform nonroutine analysis and testing with mínimal supervision
  • Collaborate with individuals from other departments to resolve problems

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Minimum BSc degree in biological sciences or related field with at least 2 years of industry experience
  • Prior Quality Management System (QMS) experience required
  • Mammalian cell culture experience is required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexibility to work weekends as needed
