Responsibilities

  • This person will be responsible for coordinating appointments, greeting patients, fitting & dispensing glasses, edging, frame adjustments and repairs.
  • Provide superior customer service and patient care;
  • Be responsible for the quality and accuracy of all jobs and charting completed.

Required skills

  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly verbal, with excellent "bedside manner", professionalism, and active listening also an asset;
  • An ability to adapt and respond to different patient personalities;
  • Ability to manage patient expectations and concerns;
  • Outgoing personality;
  • Organized and attentiontodetail;
  • Adapt to a fastpaced and oftenchanging environment; Teamoriented and must demonstrate a willingness to learn as well as coach others;
  • Efficient time management skills with sense of initiative;
  • Familiarity with computers and an ability to adapt to and learn new technology and software; entrylevel experience with G suite & MS Office.
  • Comfortable working in close contact with patients.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$18.00-$27.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
