SOMMAIRE :

Gérer les activités de la pharmacie pendant son quart de travail, y compris fournir des conseils aux clients et aux fournisseurs de soins de santé, faire appel à tout votre champ d'exercices pour fournir des services professionnels, distribuer des médicaments et aider à l'entretien du dispensaire.

TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS :

Pharmacie et service à la clientèle. Accueillir tous les clients qui entrent dans la pharmacie. Pratiquer dans le cadre des exigences réglementaires et juridiques, fédérales et provinciales. S'assurer que toutes les exigences en matière de confidentialité sont respectées, y compris la confidentialité des clients et la gestion du consentement. Offrir des consultations sur les médicaments d'ordonnance, les médicaments en vente libre et les médicaments derrière le comptoir. Faire appel à tout votre champ d'exercices pour fournir des services professionnels, dans la limite de vos capacités. Être clairement identifiable par le public. S'assurer de l'exactitude et de la pertinence de toutes les ordonnances exécutées. Communiquer avec d'autres professionnels de la santé du cercle de soins pour offrir un service à la clientèle. Tenir à jour tous les dossiers requis conformément à la législation, aux normes de pratique et aux politiques.

Démarches opérationnelles et gestion des stocks :

Contrôler l'accès au dispensaire en ce qui concerne les stocks et la confidentialité des patients. Examiner et tenir à jour quotidiennement les files d'attente des démarches opérationnelles. Examiner régulièrement les bacs « à appeler », conformément aux procédures normalisées d'exploitation établies. Passer en revue les stocks pour repérer les stocks périmés. Superviser les niveaux de stocks actuels et les commandes de médicaments de grossiste. S'assurer que toutes les exigences en matière de documentation et de contrôle des substances en vertu de la Loi réglementant certaines drogues et autres substances et les règlements sont respectées et faire rapport à Santé Canada et aux organismes de réglementation.

Exploitation :

S'assurer que les postes de travail d'entrée et de ramassage, les aires de consultation et d'attente et les îlots de travail reflètent une image appropriée de la pharmacie. Participer à la production de rapports financiers, le cas échéant. Lire et exécuter les communications aux magasins sur l'Intra-mag. Rédiger des rapports d'incident lorsqu'un incident impliquant des médicaments d'un client ou d'un membre du personnel ou des incidents liés à la confidentialité se produisent.

EXPÉRIENCE, COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS :

Capacité de réflexion et de prise de décision; prendre des décisions lorsqu'il s'agit de régler des problèmes. Planifier, coordonner et déléguer les tâches et offrir de l'encadrement aux collègues de la pharmacie. Capacité éprouvée à stimuler et à développer les affaires, à prêcher par l'exemple et à soutenir les programmes de l'entreprise. Engagement à fournir un service à la clientèle hors pair. Compétences supérieures en relation avec la clientèle et grand professionnalisme. Fortes aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes et expérience dans l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de plans d'action. Solides compétences informatiques et connaissance des systèmes de la pharmacie, un atout important. S'assurer que toutes les procédures en matière de santé et sécurité sont suivies afin d'offrir un cadre de travail sain et sans danger. Suivre la formation obligatoire et les ateliers de formation continue facultatifs, au besoin.
