We are looking for a
Freight Forwarder to join our team and grow with us.


The position will need a
Minimum 1 Year of Canadian Freight/Logistics Experience, and a second language of Mandarin or Vietnamese preferred.



Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Preparing FCL/LCL, Ocean/Air Import/Export documentation;
  • Prepare Ocean Bills of Lading, Prepare Arrival Notice, Manifests;
  • Provide rates quotes to the sales department;
  • Make Bookings with steamship lines and carriers;
  • Send prealerts to customers;
  • Coordinating/Communicating with overseas agents;
  • Tracing and coordinating of container/air cargo/trucking receiving;
  • Excellent Customer Service

Knowledge& Skills

  • 1+ year's experience in within the Freight Forwarding/warehousing/logistics industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in Mandarin or Vietnamese preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, PDF for document representation.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently.

Experience & Education

  • Freight forwarding/Logistics experience : 1 years+
  • University degree or college diploma required.

Mississauga, ON or Scarborough, ON

  • 8 hours a day, Monday-Friday

Salary:
$21.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
