Roles and responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning responsibilities of all areas of the building as directed
  • Possess knowledge of minor repairs
  • Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare for weekly pick up
  • Maintain the exterior area of the building as needed
  • Handle cleaning and upkeep requests
  • Plumbing knowledge an asset but not mandatory
  • Prepare apartments for new residents

Qualifications and skills:

  • Ability to work under mínimal supervision
  • Ability to take direction from management
  • Attention to detail
  • Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects as required

Schedule:

  • On call
