What are we looking for?

Position:
Logistics Coordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for a competent
Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical activities including container import and custom documentations
  • Keep logs and records of warehouse stock with order processing and coordination with warehouse associate accordingly and efficiently
  • Review, modify and prepare general templates, reports, Word documents, Excel workbooks and other correspondence materials as applicable
  • Update/maintain internal inventory, database and product regulatory documents
  • Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, within area of scope, to improve the order management processes
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
  • 24 years' relevant experience required
  • Knowledge of Odoo or any related software is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft windows

Pay:
$16.55-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
