Who we are


EPIC Market is Edmonton's newest gathering place located in Station Park, a brand new shipping container park development on Whyte Ave.

Opening July 2024, our food hall spans 2 floors, features 5 distinct culinary concepts - Italian, French Canadian, Mexican, Asian-Fusion, and a Chop House - 2 bars and a Chef's Table.

We aim to be the place people gather to eat and drink the way they want to.

To fulfil our goal we are building an all-star team of hospitality professionals to serve our guests, host numerous events, and create a community.


Our team built the first food hall in Alberta and we're so excited to launch our flagship location in the heart of Whyte Ave.

Jennifer and Luke started EPIC Market to bring a true food hall experience to Edmonton.

We believe that bringing something new to Edmonton's culinary scene will build up the community and its businesses as a whole.

We believe EPIC Market is the perfect fit for those looking to grow a career in hospitality We are looking for part-time and full-time bartenders to join our team for our grand opening in July.


As a bar team member, you will be primarily responsible for all bar operations, assembling, prepping and creating EPIC cocktails and above all, ensuring excellent customer service.

If you're an energetic and people-oriented individual who can maintain a positive and friendly demeanour in a fast-paced environment, a quick learner who adapts well and can solve problems, and a hard worker who is open to going above and beyond for customers, we want to hire you

What you'll get to do:

  • Welcome customers, inform them about specials and new items, answer questions, and accept orders and payments.
  • Learn the ins and outs of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails through guided mentorship.
  • Engage with Edmonton's Cocktail community through voluntary inhouse and open cocktail competitions.
  • Opportunities to serve original cocktails at Chef's Table events.
  • Attend events and conferences highlighting EPIC Market and the Chef's Table.
  • Assist with event set up and event preparations.
  • Daily preparation of drink ingredients using recipes and procedures.
  • Create and execute consistent topend cocktails, mocktails, and beers.
  • Inventory duties such as stocking, shelving, organizing and counting products.
  • Cleaning duties such as cleaning up the bar, clearing tables, sweeping floors, sanitizing tables, and overall jumping onto the floor when needed and maintaining the general EPIC cleanliness of the food hall.

From $15.00 per hour
