- You are empathetic, thoughtful and patient.
- You are high energy and are friendly and outgoing.
- You have clear, articulate and genuine communication.
- You have at least 2 years of customer service experience. Managerial experience would be an asset.
- You are organized.
- You take joy in providing the best client experience you can.
- You're confident and have the ability to make clear and effective decisions.
- You have an interest in fashion and take pride in your appearance.
- You love a good problem to solve.
- You have basic computer skills.
- You provide each Classic Cleaners client with the exceptional service that we have built our reputation on.
- Informing clients of all services and products that would be beneficial to them.
- Answering phone call inquiries and customers' questions with warmth and energy.
- Handling all client concerns or complaints effectively with resolution.
- Communicating with clients on digital platforms.
- Onboarding new clients.
- Soliciting reviews from happy clients.
- Correctly tagging in garments.
- Cash and point of sale responsibilities.
- Fast paced.
- Timeline oriented.

$18.00-$20.00 per hour
