Duties:

  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing marijuana products
  • Provide information about different strains, products, and consumption methods
  • Maintain knowledge of current regulations and compliance requirements
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records
  • Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking products
  • Use computerized systems to track sales, inventory, and customer information

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
  • Familiarity with marijuana strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of sales records
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and assist multiple customers simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using computer software such as Excel for data entry and file management
Clean criminal background check must be provided

Cansell certificate required
