What You'll Be Doing:

  • Implement improvements to optimize user performance and business processes while minimizing software cost and fees
  • Resolve technical issues for end users related to software and integrations and conduct training for endusers
  • Develop web/cloudbased software solutions for supervisor's daily reports
  • Develop automated data reporting dashboards for relevant departments and leadership team
  • Develop videobased and written standard work instructions, standard operating procedures and training materials and user manuals for the business
  • Support the business in Lean implementation to improve product quality, ontime delivery, and customer experience and reduce cost

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years experience developing and deploying technical solutions with proven success in streamlining business processes
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, an engineering discipline, or a related field
  • Proven Project Management experience ability to identify/define project objectives and track project milestones and deliverables
  • Salesforce Admin certification is nice to have
  • Experience with C++, Java and/or Python
  • Ability to specify business process requirements
  • Proven success in developing web/cloudbased software solutions
  • Ability to proactively identify continuous improvements to existing technical solutions and business processes
  • Experience developing automated data reporting dashboards
  • Experience developing standard work instructions, standard operating procedures and training materials
  • Comfortable delivering training to end users at various levels of the organization
  • Experience conducting User Acceptance Training
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues for end users and resolve in a timely manner

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Lean Management systems
  • PMP Designation
  • Experience with Procore
