This Co-Op position will provide IT support to the designated regions. This is a front line resource for multiple branch and satellite locations.

_ Responsibilities:
_

  • Assisting users in the region with various PC network support issues
  • Maintaining and tracking inventory for all hardware deployed within the region
  • Installing & configuring PCs (software and hardware), printers, network, terminals, and telephony equipment
  • Performing updates as needed and/or required
  • Assisting with projects, acquisition and consolidations as required
  • Frontline network, telecom, and systems administration
  • Other duties as assigned

_Requirements:
_

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Currently enrolled or recent graduate of a college or university program with a focus on information technology.
  • Experience with Support-Desk/ticketing/workmanagement systems (ZenDesk, FreshDesk, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Must be able to juggle multiple tasks/projects with great attention to detail
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Ability and passion to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Experience with desktop and server software and hardware, and/or networks, IT security and systems analysis
  • Bilingual (French/English) an asset
  • Ability to travel overnight occasionally as required
