Senior Manager, Network Management, Correspondent Banking, Global Transaction Banking

Scotiabank is hiring for a Global Transaction Banking role where you'll be part of the team responsible for payments and transactions. You'll work with Small Business, Commercial, and Corporate clients, providing innovative banking solutions and delivering top-notch service.
Purpose:
Join the Scotiabank team and contribute to the success of the Network Management team for Correspondent Banking. Your role involves overseeing Correspondent Banks that handle payment clearing services for Scotiabank, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the Correspondent Banking network framework collaboratively with internal parties.
- Lead a team of network managers, providing guidance and coaching.
- Develop and implement Nostro Network governance procedures and SWIFT RMA network Governance.
- Work with partners to enhance processes and controls.
- Monitor business trends and recommend changes.
- Focus on operational and regulatory risks, and customer relationships.
- Ensure effective day-to-day business controls.
- Build a high-performance team and inclusive work environment.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in network management.
- Undergraduate degree in business/finance or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with project management is a plus.
