Reporting to the Director, Business Analysis, the IT Business Partner will act as a key relationship manager for IT and the dedicated business groups and is pivotal to identify, assess, and execute IT solutions to enable strategic and tactical objectives.


What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with business groups to proactively identify improvement opportunities and assessment of solution options.
  • Articulate and document business requirements through facilitated sessions with participants at all levels.
  • Perform vendor and solution assessments.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and evaluate optimal technology design solutions.
  • Accountable for successful execution of projects (both within business groups and enterprise wide).
  • Oversee a crossfunctional team and support the delivery of IT solutions to enable business outcomes.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Significant experience eliciting and documenting requirements, and facilitating solution design discussions to ensure business needs are met.
  • Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, business analysis best practices, business case development, requirements evaluation/review and documentation, use case creation, test plan and test case development.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize demands in a dynamic, complex, and fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Strong logical, systematic and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical requirements to nontechnical professionals in a simple manner.
