Responsibilities:

• Attend pre-bid meetings and project site visits.
• Analyze project plans and specifications for accurate estimates.
• Complete quantity take-offs of construction documents.
• Prepare project cost estimates and solicit trades for tender.
• Assist with additional projects when needed.

About the Company:

Our client, in collaboration with The Pod Group, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor. Your role involves preparing Bill of Quantities to outline project components required for successful construction.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction estimating.
• Capacity to manage multiple estimates simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software.
• Self-driven with excellent time management and teamwork skills.
