Nous cherchons un Directeur principal, Services juridiques Indemnisation, pour notre équipe grandissante

**Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous**:

- Construire une équipe hautement performante grâce à l'établissement d'objectifs, l'encadrement et la rétroaction.
- Assurer un niveau élevé d'engagement des employés en surveillant continuellement l'engagement global et en créant et en exécutant des plans d'action d'engagement.
- Identifier les talents clés et offrir des opportunités de développement continu.
- Superviser le processus de recrutement, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, le processus d'entretien et de sélection et l'intégration des nouveaux employés.
- Fournir une vision, une stratégie et une orientation au service des réclamations juridiques pour assurer le développement d'une équipe hautement efficace alignée sur les priorités d'affaires d'Intact
- Participer à la préparation et à la gestion du budget du service juridique.
- Audite les pratiques contentieuses des conseillers juridiques internes conformément aux meilleures pratiques.
- Élaborer et diriger des plans d'action pour surveiller et contrôler les paiements d'indemnités et de dépenses sur les dossiers de la défense.
- Développer, mettre en œuvre et réviser des processus pour identifier les tendances dans l'environnement juridique.
- Conduire et mettre en œuvre des projets régionaux ou nationaux.
- Communiquer les politiques et procédures nationales à l'équipe juridique.
- Élaborer et exécuter des plans stratégiques à court et à long terme pour soutenir les buts et objectifs du service juridique et d'Intact.
- Favoriser et maintenir des relations positives.
- Identifier les opportunités pour augmenter la qualité du service au client.
- Développer, mettre en œuvre et réviser des programmes et des procédures afin que nous puissions fournir des services juridiques rentables et de qualité.
- Assumer un rôle de leadership lorsque vous travaillez en collaboration avec les réclamations pour identifier et résoudre les problèmes et obtenir des résultats.
- Coordonner et gérer la formation interne, les programmes éducatifs et les mises à jour juridiques pour les réclamations.

**Ce que vous mettrez à profit**:

- LL. Diplôme B ou J.D., ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente
- Membre en règle du Barreau
- Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience en notion d'assurance souhaitée ou expérience pertinente équivalente
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en gestion juridique de préférence ou expérience pertinente équivalente
- Compétences éprouvées en gestion de projet, où vous avez planifié, dirigé et exécuté avec succès des projets
- Expérience de la mise en œuvre et de la conduite du changement en encourageant la pensée innovante et les changements dans une opération
- Expérience de la gestion des leaders du personnel et de la dynamisation d'un groupe vers un objectif commun
