Content creation and social media management:

  • Develop and execute content strategy for Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok accounts, including daily posts and stories.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and relevant content.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms.

Expense tracking:

  • Track and manage marketing, software, tool, labor, expenses, taxes, and other operational costs.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all expenses to ensure efficient financial management.

In-depth sales tracking:

  • Analyze and report on key sales metrics, such as cost per lead, cost per acquisition, monthly marketing spending, and sales revenue.
  • Identify which marketing platforms are most successful in bringing in clients.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Assist in holding the sales team accountable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with expense tracking.
  • Excellent analytical and datadriven decision making skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing and sales analytics tools.
  • Selfmotivated, organized, and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.

Job Types:

Salary:
$22.00 per hour
