Job Summary:

With matrixed accountability to the Client Executive, the Client Delivery Executive VP (CDE VP) is responsible for the delivery of British Columbia.

Leading a team of over 600 professionals comprised of union and non-union staff as well as contracted workers and vend outcomes and satisfaction with contractual commitments and profitability.


Job Description:

Manage matrixed technical teams at local NTT and customer sites, remotely within Canada, and offshore in support of contracted se Oversee resource management, and professional development within the managed organization
Monitor and evaluate individual performance of direct reports and provide feedback through coaching and the NTT DATA performa
Achieve margin and revenue consistent with fiscal year Account Operating Plan targets, including driving margin improvement initi
Prepare succession plan for own role and ensure that succession plans are in place for identified key roles within the organization Leverage broader NTT DATA organization capabilities and resources strategically
Provide guidance to delivery leaders to set the proper alignment of service offerings Drive Service Excellence principles within the managed organization
Drive various automation and account-linked profit improvement plan initiatives
Interface with the customer organization at multiple levels, including hosting conversations with CXO-level executives
Serve as chair of various combined NTT/Customer governance and working group committees
Interface with the customer architecture and senior leadership teams on emerging technologies with relevance to their environment a
Present complex materials with sufficient information to satisfy customer demand for detail without confusing the underlying messa
Operational and strategic reviews to senior stakeholders within the customer organization
Monitor delivery quality and client satisfaction through direct interaction and relationships of key stakeholders
Ensure client satisfaction improvement plans exist and are driven to increase client satisfaction, when necessary
Act as a strategic advisor to the NTT Provider, Canada Health and Government executive leadership team
