  • Social media marketing & management
  • Website design (Shopify, Wix, WordPress etc.)
  • Digital marketing (SEO, SEM, AdSense, Email marketing etc.)
  • And graphic design (Video is a plus)
  • Adobe software guru
*This is an on-site position

So, what will you do at Pallavi Bhatt Designs as our guy/gal?- Follow design projects, from the moment they're assigned to final approval

- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects

- ENSURE deadlines are met - VERY IMPORTANT

- Amend designs from the creative director's feedback

- Study marketing goals briefs and determine

Requirements - Social media ad campaign management

- Good knowledge of SEO

- Develop an amazing website

- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services

- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

- Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software

- Apply typography techniques

- Work alongside the senior designer to produce the final design

This might be for you if. - Proven social media marketing experience

- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

- Familiarity with design software and technologies (Primarily Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator)

- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram Ads

- Familiarity with Google Ads & Search Engine Optimization

- Familiarity with design software such as Canva, Klayvio & Figma is a bonus

- A keen eye for aesthetics and details

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

- Degree in Design, Digital marketing, or a related field is a plus.
