Project Coordinator (Digital Transformation)
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our client's team within the insurance industry.

This role is integral to the success of the Global DCL Program, providing vital support in project financials, tracking outcomes, and ensuring smooth coordination among global teams.

What is in it for you:

  • Hourly salary of $63.20 to $75.27, based on experience.
  • 3-month contract with a maximum extension term of 12 months.
  • Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
  • Work schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Hybrid work: 3 office days, from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Global DCL Program Manager in collating ongoing project financials, tracking outcomes, and identifying issues, risks, and blockers requiring intervention.
  • Engage with stakeholders from various segments and global teams to collect and consolidate financials and status reports for publication to the global leadership team.
  • Coordinate planning, tracking, and follow-ups on additional information required from project managers on global projects.
  • Track portfolio changes, lead analysis and impact assessment of changes to the program, and report on key program metrics.
  • Prepare project status reports for assigned deliverables and maintain program reporting, including monthly program review materials.
  • Work collaboratively with Segment and Global teams to share information, foster continued learning, and facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Support the Global PM in creating collateral as the Global DCL PMO team collaborates with the Global Agile Office to evolve the program towards an increasingly agile operating model.
What you will need to succeed:

Bachelor's Degree:
Preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or another relevant field.

Certifications:
Relevant certifications like PMP are a significant advantage.


Project/Program Management: 2 years' experience in project, program, or PMO roles, ideally within the financial services, wealth management, or insurance sectors.


Agile Experience:
Solid experience in Agile methodologies with a strong focus on achieving outcomes.

Digital Transformation:
Experience in managing large-scale digital transformation projects, particularly with global teams, is highly valued.

Communication Skills:

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication abilities, with a proven track record of engaging stakeholders in a large, multinational enterprise context.


Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Organizational Skills:
Highly organized, capable of multi-tasking and maintaining a sharp attention to detail.

Detail-Oriented:
With an eye for precision and the ability to synthesize data effectively.
