Job Description:

Qualifications:

  • Selfmotivation, ability to work independently with limited supervision and a great attitude, i.e. helpful, team player, focuses on getting the work done
  • Experience with hand tools and machinery
  • An aptitude for working with woodworking shop equipment, i.e., table saw, boring machine, router, edge banding machine
  • Attention to detail and quality of results

Position Requirements:

  • The "team concept" each member of our shop team is able to perform different functions on a rotating basis. Therefore, all shop functions required by supervisors are considered essential functions for the job.
  • Ability to read and interpret cabinet designs, billofmaterials
  • Must be able to handle high value and high quality products with care
  • Must be oriented to and love detail.
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs. repeatedly
  • Must be able to be on his/her feet for an 8hour shift
  • Must have reliable transportation

Preferred Requirements:

  • Shop/ cabinet making experience
  • Forklift operator experience
  • Quality Inspection experience

We offer:

  • Hourly wage commensurate with skills and experience. $ 18 $25 / hour
  • A positive and clean working environment
  • Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
