Job Summary:

We are seeking a UX Designer with a strong focus on UI to join our team. We're looking for a creative individual who thrives on collaboration with both internal and external partners. In this role, you'll play a key role in crafting products that deliver meaningful experiences to users. Your main focus will be designing interfaces that not only look great but also offer seamless functionality, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience.

What you'll be doing:

Enhance user interaction by championing visual excellence and usability across all platforms.Build and maintain design systems for scalable and consistent UI components.Apply user research and usability testing to drive UI-focused design decisions.Design for accessibility by ensuring interfaces meet all inclusivity standards.Create design artifacts like task flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups, focusing on visual and interactive elements.Advocate for UI principles to stakeholders, emphasizing the importance of visual design in user experience.

What you'll have:

3+ years experience in a related role, with a proven track record of successful UI and UX design projects.Solid understanding of design, branding, UX, usability testing, and user research methods.Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design and user-centered principles.Proficiency with tools like Figma or Sketch, adept at using components and systems.Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying the impact of UI design.Comprehensive knowledge of accessibility guidelines, ensuring designs are user-friendly for all.Adaptable problem-solving skills, responsive to feedback and changing project requirements.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, seen as a bonus to better understand the digital environment constraints and capabilities.

Salary: $84,600

The salary represents the job rate determined for the successful candidate who is fully competent in the role. The actual salary will vary depending on market conditions and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
