The HART & HART HOME Company is currently looking for a Store Manager for the new branch located on Bathurst, New Brunswick.

You finally have the chance to manage a store and build your team.
Build a work team by recruiting and training them;

  • Plan and direct all store activities;
  • Ensure that sales meet budgets through good customer service and proactive management of activities on the sales floor;
  • Commit to promoting a positive corporate image to attract and retain customers;
  • 2 years experience in a similar management position.
  • Have a very good knowledge of the retail industry.
  • Good knowledge of marketing.
  • Ability to manage pressure.
  • 40H per week, available on week-ends and evenings.
