As the Manager, IT Audit you will provide independent, objective risk assessment and evaluation around the effectiveness of risk management practices, internal controls and IT governance processes including, IT Governance & Oversight, Cyber Security & Data Protection, Operations and Third Party Risk Management.


While managing and undertaking complex IT operational risk and SOX audits, you are passionate about leading a team, providing guidance and expertise in auditing standards.

You are a strong communicator and able to effectively articulate audit recommendations to stakeholders.

You're great at:

  • Communicating effectively at all levels across the business.
  • Working independently and in a timeoriented, collaborative environment.
  • Multitasking, prioritizing, performing deep dives and following through on commitments.
  • Identification of key risks across the IT audit universe to assist in the development of the audit plan.
  • Managing a small team of auditors in the planning, execution and reporting of operational risk audits.

You have:

  • A minimum of 7 years previous experience in IT auditing in large or complex organizations, with at least 3 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Relevant postsecondary education and completion of CISA is required.
  • Strong knowledge of IT control framework(s) (COBIT, NIST etc.) is required.
  • Experience with or good knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud networking, cyber security risk data lakes and third party management risks.
  • Working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
